日本のライブハウスにしか存在しないと言われるノルマ制
バンドブームが去った90年代以降ライブハウスは、自らの赤字を防ぐために
無知なアマチュアバンドを巧みに騙しバンド自身にチケットを売り捌かせ
売れなかった分のチケットに至っては、ペナルティとして買わせる
金額は30分のステージで2～3万円、バンドメンバーで割れば大した額にはならないし
ノルマ以上チケットを売ればギャラも出ますが これっておかしくないですか？
ライブハウス側は最初から良質な音楽を提供する気一切なし
「バンドが金を払うので一般客が入らなくてもかまわない」
「バンドが売れても箱にメリットがない」と言う意識の低さからライブハウス自体のサービス低下。
オーディションを怠り、カモ確保のために「来るものは拒まず」的に誰でも出演させたり
ジャンルが滅茶苦茶なブッキング組んだり、糞バンドを大量生産
全体の水準が落ちれば増々一般客は来なくなる
バンド側は必死に知人友人に呼びかけチケットを買ってもらう…
しかし観客の大多数は以前対バン(共演)した「バンド仲間」と言う結果。
コネ作りにばかり奔走し、バンド同士でお互いのライブに行き来し合う状況がバンドブーム以降ずっと続いてる

残念ながら、ほとんどの小劇場も同じ問題を抱えている。 こちらはノルマ制ではなくて一日いくらの使用料金を劇団から徴収する制度。 劇場はお客さんがゼロであっても芝居がものすごくつまらなくても平気。 ヨーロッパの劇場とは根本的に成り立ちが違う。
